AskJenna uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, activity recommendations, and other content. You acknowledge that:
Important: Always exercise your own judgment when making travel decisions. AskJenna's recommendations are a starting point, not a guarantee. Verify bookings, check travel advisories, and ensure your travel plans are appropriate for all members of your group.
AskJenna may display recommendations for, or links to, third-party services including restaurants, hotels, tours, events, and other businesses. We may earn a commission if you book through our links.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any third-party services. Any transactions you complete with third-party providers are solely between you and that provider. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party service before booking.
When you create or join a group trip on AskJenna:
You retain ownership of any content you submit to AskJenna, including travel preferences, trip details, and any feedback you provide. By submitting content, you grant AskJenna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from user activity to improve our AI models and publish insights about travel trends. This data will never be traceable back to you individually.

AskJenna and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AskJenna and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AskJenna name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of AskJenna.

AskJenna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Travel involves inherent risks. AskJenna is a planning tool only and is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during travel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskJenna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of AskJenna shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskJenna and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or to AskJenna, or if required by law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@askjenna.io. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AskJenna after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AskJenna will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
